The City of Signal Hill has initiated the Hillbrook Park Improvement Project, which needs your input in the redesign! For the current phase, we are hosting community outreach and engagement opportunities as a conceptual plan of the park design takes place. Hillbrook Park Community Outreach Flyer (PDF)
We will be conducting community outreach and asking for input from the community through a variety of avenues including:
