City of Signal Hill residents will soon have an enhanced utility bill payment system! As of November 1, you can set up your new online utility bill payment account and also set up debit/credit card payments. You'll need to do this if you wish to continue paying your water bill online, or if you would like to start paying your bill online.
Click the "Register" button in the top right corner of the page.
Enter your name, email address, phone number, and desired password. Click "Create Member".
You will receive an email confirmation to validate your new profile. Check your email and click the link to activate your account.
Once you've clicked the link, log in to your new account.
You'll need to add the information from your City of Signal Hill utility account. Click "Add Account" and enter the new account number and most recent payment amount from the most recent utility bill you received in the mail.
Once your account information populates, click the green "Payment" button to set up your debit/credit card payments.
